Beyond this initial satisfaction period, we continue to protect your purchase with our 14-day fairness guarantee. During this extended period, we offer pro-rated refunds based on your actual usage, ensuring you only pay for the verification services you’ve received.

From day 3 through day 14 of your purchase, we offer pro-rated refunds for customers who have used less than 20% of their credits. For instance, if you purchased credits for $50 and used 15% of them, you would receive a refund of $42.50, representing the 85% of credits you haven’t used. This ensures you only pay for the value you’ve actually received from our service.
After 14 days, or once more than 20% of credits have been consumed, refunds are generally not available as the service has been substantially delivered. This threshold is based on industry standards and ensures that our service has been adequately tested and utilized before the refund option expires.
Credit Types and Refund Eligibility
Not all credits in your account are treated equally when it comes to refunds. Pay-as-you-go credits, which are purchased directly, follow the standard refund terms outlined above. These credits represent your primary purchase and are eligible for both full and pro-rated refunds within the specified timeframes and usage limits.
Monthly subscription credits operate differently. During your first billing period, if you cancel within 14 days and have used less than 20% of your monthly allocation, you’re eligible for a pro-rated refund. However, once your subscription renews for a second month, this indicates satisfaction with our service, and subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable. You always retain the ability to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, and you’ll continue to have access to your credits until the end of your current billing period.
Rollover credits, which are unused credits carried forward from a previous subscription month, are never eligible for refunds. These credits represent a bonus benefit for subscription customers and are provided as a courtesy for unused allocation from prior periods. Since these credits were already part of a previous billing cycle, they cannot be converted back to monetary refunds.
Auto-Refill Purchases
Credits purchased through our Auto-Refill feature follow a different refund structure due to their automated nature. Auto-Refill is an opt-in convenience feature designed for high-volume users who need uninterrupted access to email verification services. Because these purchases are triggered automatically based on your predetermined settings and usage patterns, they are considered intentional immediate-use transactions and are therefore non-refundable.
Before enabling Auto-Refill, we clearly communicate this non-refundable policy and require explicit consent. If you’re uncertain about your ongoing credit needs, we recommend using manual purchases until you establish a predictable usage pattern.
Bulk and Enterprise Orders
Large volume purchases exceeding 100,000 credits are subject to modified refund terms that reflect the significant discount provided and the immediate resource allocation required to support bulk verification. For these orders, full refunds are available only within the first 24 hours and only if no credits have been used. Between 24 and 48 hours, pro-rated refunds are available if less than 2% of credits have been consumed. After 48 hours or once 2% of credits have been used, these bulk orders become non-refundable.

How We Calculate Pro-Rated Refunds

Your refund amount equals the percentage of unused credits multiplied by your original payment amount.
For example, if you purchased a package of 52,500 credits (including 2,500 bonus credits) for $65 and used 7,500 credits, you’ve consumed 14.3% of your total credits. Your refund would be 85.7% of your original payment, which equals $55.70. This transparent approach ensures you receive a fair refund for unused services while compensating us fairly for services already delivered.
