How do I download all my data (data export) from Valid Email Checker?
Valid Email Checker gives you two routes to download your own data: a per-run CSV export from Uploads & Results that handles the most common case (you want a verification result file), and a full account export that bundles your profile, login history, Credits History, and integration metadata for portability or compliance review. Both are free, both align with the GDPR right to data portability, and both produce machine-readable files you can hand to any other tool.
Per-run CSV export from Uploads & Results
For most "I want my verification data" needs, the CSV export from Uploads & Results is the right path. Open the page, find the task you want, and click Export — the file downloads to your browser with every row from that run: the address, the verification status, the score, and the failure or risk flags. The CSV preserves any extra columns you uploaded alongside the addresses (names, IDs, custom fields), so you can map results back to your CRM cleanly. You can do this any time during the 15-day retention window. After that, the per-row data is purged by the cleanup job and we cannot regenerate it.
Full account export via support
If you need everything we hold about your account in one bundle, email support@validemailchecker.com from the address on your account and ask for an account export. We will confirm your identity, then assemble:
- Your account profile (email, display name, plan, signup date).
- Credits History (every credit movement in or out, with timestamps).
- Login history (every login attempt — see what we log here).
- Verification task metadata for the past 12 months (task IDs, aggregate counts; per-row results only if they fall within the active 15-day window).
- Integrations metadata (which integrations are connected, when, by which team member — never the OAuth tokens themselves).
- API key metadata (key names, prefixes, created/revoked timestamps — never the secret values).
The bundle is delivered as a ZIP containing JSON for the structured data and CSVs for the verification metadata. Turnaround is typically two business days. Larger accounts may take longer because we package the data carefully to avoid surfacing data from other accounts in a shared report.
What the export does not include
- Passwords (we never hold the plaintext) or 2FA secrets.
- Card numbers or wallet seed phrases (those live with the payment processors, not us).
- OAuth refresh tokens for integrations (sensitive, can be re-issued by reconnecting).
- Verification per-row results older than 15 days (already purged by the cleanup job).
