- Can I see help articles inside the app without leaving the dashboard?Yes. The in-app support widget shows popular articles when you open it and lets you search the full help center inline. Clicking an article opens it in a new tab, so your dashboard work stays put.
- How do I contact Valid Email Checker support?Three channels: the in-app support widget (live chat plus instant help-center search), the public contact form at /contact, or email at support@validemailchecker.com. All routes feed the same team — pick whichever fits where you are.
- How do I escalate a support ticket?Inside a live chat, just ask. Say "I'd like to talk to a human" or "can I speak with someone from the team" and Alex will collect context, then hand the conversation to a human. There is no separate escalation button — the AI does it automatically when asked.
- How do I submit a contact form when I'm not logged in?Open valid email checker dot com slash contact (just /contact, not /contact-us). Fill in name, email, reason, and message, then submit. The form goes straight to support@validemailchecker.com with a reply target you choose, no account required.
- How does Valid Email Checker's help-center search work?Both the marketing search and the in-app widget call the same search-help-articles edge function. It ranks results by exact title match, keyword match, summary match, content occurrences, exact-phrase bonus, and article priority — Docusaurus-style scoring.
- Is there phone or live-video support at Valid Email Checker?No phone line and no live-video calls. Valid Email Checker support is text-only — live chat in the in-app widget, the contact form, or email. This is a deliberate choice to keep response quality high and consistent across time zones.
- What hours is live chat available?Live chat is available 24/7 because the first responder is Alex, our AI agent. Human pickup happens during business hours (Monday-Friday, roughly 9am-6pm UTC) — escalated chats outside those hours wait until the next business morning.
- What is the in-app support widget and how do I open it?The in-app support widget is the purple chat bubble in the bottom-right of every Valid Email Checker dashboard page. Clicking it opens a panel with help-center search, live chat with Alex (our AI agent), and a contact form — all in one place.
- What support response times can I expect?Live chat in the in-app widget answers in seconds (Alex is on duty 24/7). Contact form and email submissions get a human reply within 24 hours — usually much faster, often within an hour during business hours.
- Where do I find the search inside the help center?Two search bars: one on the help-center index page at help.validemailchecker.com (top of the page, under the heading) and one inside the in-app support widget (the top input field). Both query the same article index.
