Can I get a refund on subscription charges?
Subscription charges are non-refundable in cash, but cancellation gives you full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. So you don't lose what you paid for — you just stop being charged going forward.
Exceptions where we handle refunds case-by-case:
- Unauthorized charges.
- Duplicate billing errors.
- Extended service outages on our side.
- Technical issues that genuinely prevented you from using credits you paid for.
