What happens when I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is non-destructive. The clock-by-clock breakdown:
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Immediately after cancel | Status flips to Ending Soon, no charge runs, any scheduled downgrade is cleared |
| During grace period | Full access to dashboard + API + integrations, Monthly + PAYG both usable |
| When grace period ends | Status flips to Expired, Monthly bucket goes to zero, no renewal charge |
| After expiration | Account stays active, PAYG credits stay available, history preserved, you can resubscribe anytime |
Nothing gets deleted just because the subscription expired. If you want to fully wipe the account, see delete your account.
